GMG appoints new Group HR Director

Carolyn Gray has been appointed Group Human Resources Director at Guardian Media Group plc, reporting to the Chief Executive, Sir Robert Phillis.

She is currently Director of Reward and Policy Development at Smith’s Group plc and was previously Senior Manager HR Policy for Sainsbury’s.

She will join GMG on January 3, succeeding Alan Pankhurst who is retiring after 8 years’ service.
