GMG retains cash in its balance sheet and has an externally managed investment fund which is weighted away from UK and media stocks to diversify risk
Other interests
GMG is the sole owner of Trafford Park Printers, which prints the Guardian and the Observer.
We own 41.9% of Seven Publishing, which produces consumer magazines such as Sainsbury's magazine and puzzle titles, and 15% of Decoded, the code and data education and digital transformation company.
